Bubble Shooter Pro
From experiments to focused growth
Turned successful portfolio experiments into a focused product and growth strategy. The game grew 8× in user base and 11× in daily sessions within three months.
01 / Context
The opportunity
The Taskforce experimented with new and beta Facebook Instant Games capabilities across a portfolio of live games. Successful experiments revealed opportunities to pursue more intensively in Bubble Shooter Pro. The next step was to turn those learnings into a focused product roadmap and growth strategy for the game.
02 / Responsibility
My role in the work
As Senior Game Producer for Bubble Shooter Pro from April to December 2021, I owned the roadmap and day-to-day production while contributing extensively to game design, feature logic and core player flows. I worked with the game team to connect growth opportunities with the player experience and continued iteration. This responsibility ran alongside my Taskforce and Studio Business Services roles at SOFTGAMES.

05 / Leadership
The scope of the work
This chapter shows how my responsibilities connected portfolio experimentation with a single game’s product direction. The work involved deciding which validated opportunities to pursue, translating them into a roadmap and player experience, and working with a team through delivery and iteration. Its scope was product and production responsibility for Bubble Shooter Pro, alongside separate shared-platform and Taskforce responsibilities.
